Delivery to your door is free anywhere in Greater London and usually takes 3–5 weeks. Outside London we deliver door to door across the UK — ask us on WhatsApp for a delivery quote.

In Türkiye. It is delivered to UK homes by Özbay Furniture London, the UK online store of Özbay Mobilya.

05What warranty is included?

Every Özbay piece comes with a 2-year frame and manufacturing warranty. Transit damage reported within 48 hours with photos is repaired or replaced, and technical service visits are arranged within 30–45 days.

06Will it fit through my doors and stairs?

Check the product sizes against your front door, hallways, stairs and lift before ordering. Furniture that doesn’t fit through your doors is the customer’s responsibility and can’t be cancelled or refunded. Send us photos on WhatsApp if you are unsure.

07How do I place an order and pay?

Add it to your basket and check out securely with card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Custom orders are confirmed on WhatsApp with a deposit, and the balance is paid before delivery.
