Can I change the size or colour?

Yes. Most pieces can be made to your measurements, fabric and colour. Send us your room size on WhatsApp and we will confirm a quote.

How long does delivery take?

In-stock designs typically arrive in 3–5 weeks. Made-to-order and custom pieces take 6–8 weeks from order confirmation.

Do you deliver outside London?

Yes — we deliver door-to-door across England, Scotland and Wales.

Can you arrange professional installation?

Yes. You can add sofa installation (£50) when you order. Carry-in and upstairs carry are optional extras with fixed prices too — choose them on this page or in your basket.

What warranty is included?

Every Özbay piece comes with a 2-year frame and manufacturing warranty. Transit damage reported within 48 hours with photos is repaired or replaced, and technical service visits are arranged within 30–45 days.

Will it fit through my doors and stairs?

Check the product sizes against your front door, hallways, stairs and lift before ordering. Furniture that doesn’t fit through your doors is the customer’s responsibility and can’t be cancelled or refunded. Send us photos on WhatsApp if you are unsure.

How do I place an order and pay?

Add it to your basket and check out securely with card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Custom orders are confirmed on WhatsApp with a deposit, and the balance is paid before delivery.
